More details to this question:
I sold 10 acres, balloon due Jan. 22 2017, Buyer has not made payments for 4 mo. I've Sent notices of amount due plus 6% late fee's via cert.mail no response. What's next? Breach notice? Notice of default ? Any advice on how to move forward with foreclosure would be great. Thank you
