QUESTION

How to stop a wave garnishment.

Asked on Jul 08th, 2021 on Bankruptcy - California
More details to this question:
A firm garnished my wages from a complaint they filed in 2013. I called the try work out a payment but they refused to have a conversation. The garnishment took my take down by $1200 a month not just the 25% ($325) a pay period.

You can stop the wage garnishment by filing a bankruptcy.  A bankruptcy can wipe out that debt plus any others you might have.  Good luck!
