More details to this question:
I am a tenant in a recently foreclosed property. I don't know the new owner (bank) they have not contacted me. I am putting the rent in a separate account. What are my rights. Can I be evicted summarily. The realtor who represented me in signing the lease did not disclose to me that the condo was in foreclosure. She represented both parties-the landlord and the tenant. Do I have a case against the realtor.
You could sue the realtor in small claims for any fee you paid. You cannot be evicted if you can show your lease, but the lease is not required to be renewed. Wait until you are contacted and make a deal with the new owner.
