months ago and only work a part time job 12-15 hours a week. Where I only make about $160 and collect unemployment which varies at $210 -$240. I pay rent and utilities plus food and was denied free healthcare. I fear I will be homeless soon if I can not come up with a solution to this.
Generally speaking, if you have not filed a previous Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the past 8 years, Chapter 7 bankruptcy is a good fit for someone in the income situation you describe. There are many factors that may affect which chapter of bankruptcy might benefit you most. I suggest meeting with a local attorney for a free consultation.
