My parents failing health has made it impossible for them to work . This came suddenly. The creditors are calling day and night and they just don't have the income to pay anything. I would appreciate any guidance you can offer.

Bankruptcy is an option. If they cannot manage their affairs, guardianship is an option. If they have no money and no assets, doing nothing is an option.
