I took out a loan with Quicken Loans they sold it and the bank never filed with my county so there is no lein on my property!! I have not made any

payment for over 17 months they have not filed for forclosure! I sent them 2 letters requesting proof they owned my mortgage first one they told me i did not have the Authority to see it, 2nd one no responce. how do i get clear title and warrtanty deed??

You can bring a quiet title action in which you sue Quicken and everyone else to have the court declare who has interests in your property.
