I was served a summons for foreclosure on 2/13/2017 with 20 days to respond. My mortgage company has allowed us until May 28 to get reinstated funds

Our current mortgage loan holder is Rushmore and they are working with us to get the loan reinstated by May 28. We received the summons packet on 2/13/2017 with 20 days to respond and we have no clue what to do. They want the reinstatement fee in one payment which we are working on.
