Once you file a Chapter 13 or other type bankruptcy, there is no way to take it off of your credit report unless you did not file the case. A credit report should reflect everything that you do regarding your finances. A record of the filing of your bankruptcy will remain on your credit report for up to 10 years from the date of filing. You should go and speak to an attorney about your situation. Since your chapter 13 case was dismissed, your creditors can and are very likely to come after you. If the creditors are not bothering you now, you're probably experiencing the calm before the storm.
