My wife and I feled a chapter 13, we have gone to the creditor meeting which she couldn't attend and i attened because she was in another state attending to her dieing daddy with cancer. She is back now but probably will have to go back, our next meeting with the trustee is 30 days from now,can this meeting be moved up sooner

You need to discuss that with the Chapter 13 Trustee in your case, but it is highly unlikely the meeting can be moved sooner since they are calendared years in advance to accommodate schedules of multiple entities.
