I’m under review with the advocacy group at the bank (services) and I was approved for modification and then cut off but sent QCD and divorce papers.

Asked for deferment and was done over phone and then was told it was forbearance in 2nd month of 3 and they didn’t care. I then did modification and was approved by myself made trial and final mod payments (6) for them to tell me I didn’t have co borrower sign but as paperwork and upon their request I sent in QCD and divorce papers. There is other things along with this that bank faulted and I am paying the price by being foreclosed and I’m not going to give up.
This is impossible to answer withour reviewing your paperwork (equitable distribution order, separation agreement, divorce decree and quitclaim deed) and having a little more information. Was your name the only one on the mortgage loan? This is the most important piece of information you left out. Too many details to be reliably answered in an online forum. If you have a foreclosure hearing date you need to get some very specific legal advice from your own attorney who can also appear at the foreclosure hearing for you and request a continuance so that things can be worked out.
