In Arizona, is a husband responsible for his wife's personal debts (i.e. credit card). We received a collection notice from a personal credit card. She has defaulted on and my name was also listed.

Unfortunately yes because we are a community property state. There are some exceptions (separation, divorce or pre-marriage obligations, etc).
