Is it true that the trustee only has 2 years to file claw back suits?

More details to this question:
I lost a lot of money in a Ponzi scheme. The person is in bankruptcy. The 2 year anniversary of the order of relief is coming up and no claw back lawsuits have been filed by the trustee for those who made more money they invested.

Two years from the appointment of the trustee is the time limit that most people regard as applicable. Consult a skilled bankruptcy lawyer to see if there is a way of making the trustee either explain himself or take action.
