Hello, I'm going to purchase a single family home at the online auction in hillsborough county florida website, If the forclosure is on the first mortgage and it lists the 2nd mortgage,hoa and the homeowners as the defendents on the judgement. If i win the bid will the other liens be wiped out in the forclosure. Thanks.

If you dont know the answer to such questions already, you have no business buying distressed properties period. If you are intent on doing you so you need to retain a real estate lawyer to assist you before you make horrific financial mistakes.
