More details to this question:
I retained a lawyer about 3 years ago for foreclosure defense. I put $2500 down as a retainer and have paid $1000 a month since then.
I ask them for a statement to see him many hours they have actually worked on my case.( I don't feel that they have done 30 grand worth of work)
They are saying that they don't have to provide this to me as I'm setup on bi- weekly or monthly payments.
Dont they have to provide this to me?
Any help is appreciated.
