When your discharge was granted is irrelevant to the calculation of any time periods.
The time periods run from the date your prior case was filed, to the date your new case is filed.
And it depends on which chapter you previously filed, and which chapter you plan on filing now.
Nevertheless, you should be able to file under any chapter that you're eligible to file under at this time.
