My husband and I filed Chapter 13 over a year ago. We would like to have it dismissed .

If you dismiss your Chapter 13 case you will lose the protection of the automatic stay which prevents your creditors from taking actions to collect on debts.   Without knowing all the specific facts of your case, it's impossible to advise any further as to "what would happen" in your particular situation.
