More details to this question:
My lawyer was filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy for me. We had the meeting with the trustee in November. I paid my lawyer at that point for the court costs plus some and have since then paid him the remaining amount (total including court cost was $1364). Monday, I received a letter in the mail stating that I need to appear in court on March 27th because my court costs have not been paid. I emailed a copy of the letter to my lawyer and received an auto response stating the email address was no longer being monitored and to email him at a dif address. I have emailed, called, texted him and have yet to get a response. When I contacted the law firm he had worked for when I hired him, I was told he handled his own billing and they wouldn't help me since they had received no money. I was told by the trustee that the law firm he had worked for was what was on the bankruptcy doc so they should be able to assist me. I need to know what my next action should be.

Well, the first thing you should do is pay the court fees to the court.
Then you should contact the US Trustee's Office in your district and report the attorney to them.
Then you should contact your state bar and file a complaint against the attorney.
If you had your Trustee's meeting in November, I assume the only impediment to you receiving a discharge is paying the $306 filing fee, but I don't know if there are other issues in your case. You may need to hire another attorney to review everything and see.
But most likely you're just going to be fighting over the return of the $306, which is a Trust Fund issue and severe sanctions can be levied against your attorney for that.
