More details to this question:
My mother has been in the home for 35 years. She fell behind a few months on her mortgage. She tried working with the bank but they came back with a 1200$ a month mortgage payment. This was obviously impossible. The bank suggested to try the mediation again, my mom believed this was working with the bank so when she received a letter about court she thought it was a mistake. So now they made a ruling. Is there anything. She can do? She is elderly 72 and been in the home for 35 years. PLEASE HELP! She is.scared and has nowhere else to go.
