Receive a 'notice to quit' for 90 days. The 90 day notice ends today or January 1. My question is to you - the attorney that prepare the notice didn't input a date to vacate nor allow her carrier to give a receipt. The carrier brought the notice on Oct 1 without giving me a receipt. The notice is dated September 30, we didn't receive the notice on the 1 of Oct. Was this an error from the attorney?

No, I'm sorry, but I dont' see any error. You're going to have to move. You're better off trying to negotiate a date that you will move out in exchange for some money.
