Paying rent on a office building going into FC

More details to this question:
My company rents office space. The owner has been served his foreclosure papers. Our company pays all the utilities and the owner is suppose to pay half. The owner has moved his office out of the building and refusing to pay utilities. We are still paying rent to HIM each month. Can we STOP?
