owner occupied house sold at auction.. what is protocol..for having bought property with orig. owner still occupies house...how much does it cost and how long could it take to do so..in fl, i live in illinois,,,the property in question is listed through home search an auction on this prop. is scheduled for nov 10. . prop. is 7137 s highway 441 lake city fl.
