More details to this question:
Can my spouse quit claim deed the property we own in tenancy by the entirety to me if we are currently in foreclosure and there has been a lis pendens filed? We are in Florida. He signed the note, I did not. I signed the mortgage. This was all done in 1994 and the company taking us to court is a debt collector and has violated our rights as fedrally protected consumers under the fair debt collection practice act. My spouse does not live in the home. We are separated. Our 2 adult children, one of whom is pregnant and is due in July lives in the home with me along with my 5 year old child and my 3 year old grandchild. How do i protect what is mine?

NOne of this should even be attempted absent actually hiring a lawyer at some expense to address such issues.
