I WAS AWARDED CH 7 ON SEPT 2010. I FILED ON AUG 21,2010. I AM AWARE OF THE RULE THAT YOU CAN REFILE AFTER 8 YEARS. BUT WOULD THIS MEAN I CAN REFILE IN JAN 2018 OR I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR AUG 21,2018 DATE?
