QUESTION

shortsale

Asked on Feb 07th, 2014 on Foreclosures - Florida
More details to this question:
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR HOME, CAN YOU SET UP A SHORT SALE TO A PARTICULAR PERSON WITHOUT HAVING TO PUT IT ON THE MARKET? I HAVE A PERSON AT WORK WHO WOULD BE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING MY HOME. I AM TO THE POINT THAT A SHORT SALE MAY BE MY ONLY WAY OUT. I WOULD MAKE NO GAIN, OTHER THAN SELLING WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH PUTTING IT ON THE MARKET AND HAVING STRANGERS WALK THROUGH MY HOME WHILE I STAND SHAMED FACED.
