Hello My 34 old daughter has over 100,000 in student loan debt, she recently nearly fell victim to a scam, she can’t get her own place or a decent car, it’s not much of a life. Question is can she file for bankruptcy? Thank you

She can file, but the student loan debt will not be discharged.
