You need a connecticut bankruptcy attorney who is familliar with Florida exemptions unless you are able to file using only the Federal exemption statutes. Please feel free to contact me as I am an experience bankruptcy attorney in Connecticut with familiarity with Florida exemptions as well.  203. 870-6700. Also I need to know how long you have resided in Connecticut. There are residency requirements that may or may not disqualify you from filing in Connecticut until you have lived here for the appropriate amount of time.
