What are my options if a ex tenant used my name and credit to purchase a piece of property without my knowledge

More details to this question:
I am trying to refinance again and have already filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy and had all my liens and judgements removed so I was told and now there is still a lien or judgement against me keeping me from refinancing and it may be due to my name and credit being used over 25 years ago by tenants that I had arrested from stealing from me.
