Asked on Mar 07th, 2018 on Foreclosures - Florida
More details to this question:
I want to buy a foreclosed home at auction. The home was build in 2005 and the current owner went into foreclosure in 2007. He still lives at the property. The County is auctioning the property next month. I want to find all the liens and other pitfalls related to this specific property. I do not expect the owner will "go quietly".

Then your best bet is to look for a property elsewhere if the owner won't "go quietly" unless you have the expense and exposure built into the purchase price. Not sure why you are asking about "redemption rules" unless you actually expect the owner/occupant to pay off the mortaage out of the blue.
