More details to this question:
I'm being sued by a trucking school from Indianapolis, IN. before it went to court the first time I tried to make a payment but it wasn't enough for them. now I have another hearing with them trying to take assets and wages. will this be able to go into a bankruptcy if I file with all my debt? last resort,
If this is a debt owed to the school itself (such as for tuition/books) and NOT for a loan or scholarship, etc. it should be dischargeable in a bankruptcy case. However, you should consult with an experienced bankruptcy attorney in your area for more details.
