What do i do if my attorney and trustee are doing a very bad job on my bankruptcy??

That depends on the specifics of "bad job".  You can always fire your attorney and replace them with someone new.  As for the Trustee, you're unfortunately stuck with them unless you can prove they have committed a crime or malfeasance of some sort.
