What do I do if a client doesn’t pay me services?

More details to this question:
I am starting a rental preparation business and one of my clients has not paid a bill I sent her 30 days ago for a cleaning job. Is there anything I can do to make sure I get paid?

File a petition in Small Claims Court for collection. The forms are at the Court Clerk's office, and employees will help you fill one out.
