What do I do to protect myself from the Motion for Default?

More details to this question:
HI, I live in the state of Florida. I received a Motion for Default Dated June 17, 2013 from homeowner association for failure to serve any paper on the undersigned or file any papers as required by Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.140(a). This was after I received my chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge letter dating June 5, 2013. My judgment from the HOA was included in the Chapter 7.

A default concerning a lawsuit. Call them and ask. You might need to submit something in the lawsuit. Have you been served with any suit papers lately?
