Company says a cease and desist was filed by a creditor and per the creditor they don't show me owing them but a company called national check litigation service in san antonio texas they won't see it because of the cease and desist.

You have the right to instruct a debt collector (collection agency, debt buyer) to cease and desist from any contact. They are obligated to obey, and can either file suit or cease collection.
