What happens if I get married after filing chapter 13?

More details to this question:
I have had my 341 meeting and seen the judge and made two payments already. Will my payment go up at all if I filed in Riverside?

If the bankruptcy trustee sees that you have a higher income as a result of the marriage, s/he may ask for higher plan payments. The Trustee will know when you file your tax returns, because you are required to turn over a copy of the returns every year.
