QUESTION

What is the code that says I lost my job?

Asked on Jan 24th, 2013 on Bankruptcy - Texas
More details to this question:
I cannot afford a lawyer so I filed a chapter 13 myself. Now I lost my job and need to convert to chapter 7. The only problem is I cannot find the wording for my proposed order. I lost my job, so I am assuming that there is a US Code to refer to for the language of that proposed order. I already redid my Schedule I & J and creditors as well as made the motion to convert, made my notice of presentation to mail to the creditors, my statement of intention, certificate of service, summary of schedules, declaration of debtor. I just cannot seem to find my words in the proposed order it says pursuant to 11 U.S.C.

Exactly which way your documents have to be worded will vary a little bit depending on who your judge is. Each district does it slightly different.
