What is the new law on deleted civil posting in 2017?

I have chapter 7 in 2011. I have proven my wife and I can and will do better as we age. We are both 68 and retired. We got a new credit in 2014 and have paid as agreed. We paid all of but three. All will be paid off at the end of the year. In the late 80s, you can have chapter 7 and within two years, if reestablished good credit, this would drop off from all 3 credit reporting firms.
