More details to this question:
I got a judgement for a credit card default when I became unemployed in 2005. The law firm that trolls the credit bureaus sued me and got a deafault judgement. Now that want more information than and IRS audit. I am unemployed. My wife is notr on the judgement, just me, but we have a joint bank account. What should I do?
