Is the following even legal? Please sort out the following information, as I cannot file an ethics, legal, or criminal complaint until I know if what happened to my wife and I is legal. If you cannot answer these questions. Do you know anyone in Florida who could answer these questions? Is this a Florida Supreme Court Case? The following statement is a provable lie. Mrs. Carrier name was never on Bill's website and this is a clear case of identity theft, fraud, extortion, or whatever you want to call it. Or it could be perfectly legal. Please Please Please let me know if forcing her name on a title and mortgage is legal anywhere in Florida? Good Afternoon Mr. Chairman, Thank you for forwarding Mr. Carrier’s email. Mr. Carrier’s list of documents refer to a foreclosure sale that took place in 2012. The Clerk’s office in this case and every case is ministerial, we process the judge’s orders and record the documents. In 2012 Mr. & Mrs. Carrier bid and won a foreclosure filed by a Homeowner’s Association. Purchase of a Homeowner’s Association foreclosure transfers title; however it does not clear all liens. Unfortunately that is what happened in Mr. & Mrs. Carrier’s case, they ended up owners of a property with an outstanding 1st mortgage. Regards, Bill. Bill Clerk of Court and Comptroller. So far... NOT ONE OF YOU HAS ANSWERED EVEN ONE QUESTION? Why was my wife added to the foreclosure without anyone's consent or knowledge? Why does the Clerk speak of her as if she was involved? There is one person who can clear this misunderstanding up. Are you willing to get these answers for me? When Bill’s Deputy Clerk Sharon presented the title I instantly told her the title was wrong and needed to be corrected. The Deputy refused. I again asked her to fill out whatever form was required to correct this major mistake and she told me I needed to see someone about it.
