I am currently in the check system. Will filling chapter 7 bankruptcy remove me from the check system?

No. The banks still use the check system, similar to a credit report. They will continue to do so after you file.

If you owe money for an overdrawn bank account it can be discharged in bankruptcy. However, owing this can cause you to have problems getting a checking account. If you are overdrawn you should pay it so this doesn't happen.

Not necessarily, if you have an attorney have him call them for you and advocate on your behalf that they remove your name and info. I have done this successfully for my clients. But it is not automatic, most attorneys I know do not take this extra step for their clients. Make sure you file bankruptcy with a local and experienced attorney who can do this for you. Good Luck.

The check system is a credit reporting system. If you discharge your obligation to repay the debt, they should report this. However, they can still report the fact that you had NSF checks, so if you are unable to open a bank account you will probably remain unable to open a bank account until sufficient time has passed.

If by check system you mean where banks list people who wrote bad checks, filing bankruptcy does not remove you from that.
