Will getting married affect the loan modification?

More details to this question:
I have been stuck in a loan modification nightmare for three years with no answer. I would like to get married. My fiancรฉ moved here from another state and has no income yet. I own a business and have a job.

There is no way to guess at the answer because the lender has the discretion regarding a loan modification.

Probably not, unless she has income that has to be counted. She doesn't own the home and is not on the loan, so she is of little concern to the mortgage company.

That depends on the mortgage company. Loan modifications are difficult to get, and I would not let that affect your decision to get married. Have you considered a short sale?

It shouldn't. The house is your separate property. I wouldn't say a word about the marriage. It's not relevant.

The loan modification process is generally a scam by the banks, so getting married should not ameliorate the fraud. However, if she has income that should help you.
