Will I go to jail for being behind on child support?

More details to this question:
I was in drug rehab and just came home. I already started working but I am 1500 dollars behind child support. Will I go to jail?

Extremely unlikely that you will go to jail, especially for $1500.00 in arrearages. The key now is that you start paying current child support and pay something toward the back owing child support.

Not without first having a hearing on your contempt of the court order to pay. But yes, it is possible.
