A company I worked freelance for has not paid me. What can I do.

More details to this question:
the company is located in boston. I am a freelance design/devloper in NJ. They have not paid the last 2 invoices which total $2100. the work was completed back in the middle of dec. They are not returninh my emails or phone calls

Unless you can find a way to get jurisdiction over them in NJ, you will need to retain Boston counsel to sue them for your money.
