A signed signature page being used on a separate document.

More details to this question:
Signed a signature page for document (doc 1) that was to be filed with the state of Delaware (incorporation). This document was not the document that was filed, however. The filed document (doc 2) had been amended (the equity distribution was different), unbeknownst to some signatories of the Doc 1. Is this fraudulent? Thank you.
