Company partner. One of the shareholders, because he want to withdraw from the shares, slammed another shareholder. The case has a lot of details. But the facts are as simple as that. How to find a suitable lawyer?

I have handled these cases.  They are simple to bring, but expensive to litigate to conclusion.  These cases usually settle.
