I have a contract for the distribution of wine with a company in Florida and I work in Massachusetts, I have an agreement with this company and I want to cancel. They did not comply with the agreement: 1 I signed an agreement and they have never returned to me signed agreement 2 agreement that I signed was not complete with product list (so I had intended complete product list) 3 they have not complied with the laws of the state of Massachusetts regarding the sale of wine in my state 4 they sold the products to other distributors in my state (violating the contract) article # 6 These elements are enough to cancel the contract?

If what you've written can be proved, some of them appear to be material breaches of the contract which would justify you in rescinding it.
