More details to this question:
I am the founder of a domestic LLC registered in the state of Pennsylvania. All the work I do is purely online (software development), so I work from home. My desk is in my bedroom, so I can't file my room as a work spacewhen I do taxes. I got an EIN from the IRS, so I can post apps on the app store. I then got a letter in the mail saying I have to pay $84 and hang workers rights posters around the work space. Basically is there any way I can get out of the $84 if I am the only member on the LLC and haven't "hired" anyone yet?
The letter was probably from a private company that sells workplace signs. The government does not send these types of letters out nor do they sell the signs. You can probably ingore the letter.
