I’ve already registered for a buisiness license and have the temporary license I’ve created various buisiness documents and would like to know what else I may need to draft or/and do besides advertising which I already am have been working with her over at the better Buisiness Beauro. Particularly a host grant and loan to fund the role person I filled a legal structure contract claiming Buisiness names Umbrella Enterprise incorporated Llc at Platinum Worldwide Ent Inc and I registered Platinum King Records and Platinum Worldwide this week. At the State of California Who registered it with the Tax Board and I gave my confirmation number sends get the permanent registration number in 4 weeks. I have other documents to turn in it file already created. Where do r go from here? It sounds like you've made great progress in registering your business names, filing with the California Franchise Tax Board, and getting your business license. There are all important foundational steps.
Have you also done the following: drafted and Operating Agreement for your LLC; filed for an IRS tax number; completed trademark filings for your brand names; opened a dedicated business bank account; applied for Small Business Loans; drafted a business plan?
