More details to this question:
Dear Team This is Layla from Eahora. We recently encountered a business dilemma. Let me introduce to you. 1 We are a seller on Amazon. And we sell Eletric Motorcycle, which is a $3000 goods. 2 Due to the truck company delay, the goods didn't get to the customer in time. Then, he opened the A to Z claim on Amazon, and Amazon gave him a full refund. But, the customer signed the goods and still using the goods for FREE. We tried to contact customer to pay or return the scooter, but the customer never reply our email and phone. 2 Now, the customer is using the goods(Eahora M2) for FREE. We lost about $3500. It's really a huge lost to us. 3 My requirement is that how can we ask the customer to pay our back? Or return the scooter on the help of law? Have i make myself clear? Hope to hear you Layla

If the goods and the person who took them are in Michigan, you can sue them in district court and take a judgement against them. Collecting from them is the larger issue. In theory you can also sue Amazon. They are collectable but they will fight his very hard.
