Can a Taiwanese company sue me for unpaid invoices?

More details to this question:
manufactured product in Taiwan. The company sold my copy righted designs to my competitior. Then sold me inferior product after they lost a factory without telling me.
I have not paid as I had to scrap far more at cost than I owed them. I do have a receipt from the organizaton where I donated. I do have evidence of CR infringement.
