I just start a small high tech company and i m runnin an informational website customers must call a 800 number to place an order . a customer in alsaka is unhappy with my product can he succesfully sue me in Alaska ?

If the dispute is over product which you sold and shipped to an Alaskan resident, the Alaskan court probably has jurisdiction over you. Thus, if there is merit to the case, he can successfully sue you in Alaska.
